The process is simple. After a free initial consultation to determine your fitness and health goals, food allergies, and current metabolic rate, our certified Sports Performance Nutritionist will analyze your current diet through a small food journal that tracks your intake. After factoring all the information provided by you, we compile a nutrition plan that clearly details what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat. The plan includes convenient and easy-to-follow recipes and shopping lists to make the process as easy as taking candy from a baby, then throwing that candy in the trash (because babies shouldn't eat candy and you shouldn't either, it's bad for your teeth and is sabotaging the nutrition plan we just created for you)!
